Grooming Report – Saturday 2/17/2019
Our volunteer snowmobile grooming crew was out yesterday and groomed most trails, but since then it has snowed over a foot. Be prepared to break trail today.
Lost trail is in the process of fixing the Pisten Bully, and hopefully it will resume grooming soon.
Grooming Report – Sunday 2/4/2018
Most trails were groomed this morning, and have tracks set. Trails that were groomed yesterday are firm enough for skate skiing, but some trails are still pretty soft. Great classic skiing conditions.

We have received word that the snowcat has been fixed and the trails are being groomed this morning. We are expecting most or all trails to be groomed today, but will post an update later when we know exactly what trails were groomed.
Grooming Report – Friday 2/2/2018
The snowcat that Lost Trail Powder Mountain uses to groom the cross country trails at Chief Joe is currently down for repairs. Today they took one of the snowcats that is normally used on the downhill trails over to groom the cross country trails, but this cat is 2 feet wider than the cross country cat, and will not be able to make it on to many of the trails, and can not set tracks. Currently Lost Trail is hoping to have the cross country cat fixed tomorrow, and then resume normal grooming operations.
